Video from SJ-WORLD to Super Junior
Last week SM Entertainment announced that one of the corners for the 5th Anniversary Party would've been all about fanmade videos; fans were supposed to put together a video and send it to SMEnt via email. It was on completely short-notice, we only had a few days because the deadline was October 31st. They didn't even give instructions on what they wanted the video to be about, so ㅡ with DBSk in mind, who cried when videos were played at their fanmeeting ㅡ we decided to go for a touching video.
The fanmeeting, as you all know, was today and apparently they showed a couple of videos that were probably provided by SMEnt (a compilation of memories from debut until now, a compilation of the dramas the members acted in, variety shows they guested on and radio shows they DJed, etc.), and one that may have been fanmade, as it had only pictures of the boys with a few sentences. They did talk about foreign fans (Leeteuk and Eunhyuk did) after the video, and mentioned fans from all over the world, including Europe, America, New Zealand, other Asian countries, and so on.
However, it's still okay because next week we will be giving this video, as well as the one for Kangin, the messages you wrote, and the certificate from KAPS to the boys ♥ along with a bottle of champagne.

As you can see the video isn't absolutely perfect, but that's all we could do on such short-notice. Thankfully I found Rella (Mikaela), our
, who helped me with the video, and our SJ-WORLD staff and my awesome twitter followers (;A; ♥) helped gather all the material we needed.Mikaela and I worked on it for 2~3 days, and we stayed up all night to finish it on the last day. We encountered many issues along the way, especially because SMEnt first announced that the video could only be 3 minutes long. Then, on the last day, they changed the notice and extended the length to 4 minutes (but they didn't inform the fans). So Mika and I had to re-evaluate everything, I had to re-organize the video all over, make the text play for a longer time, and re-add the short letter segment (which we had to take out at first)! On one hand, it was a good thing because you really had to RUSH to read the Korean before they extended the length, I tested it many times to make sure a person would be able to read. On the other hand, though, it doubled our amount of work, and we had to re-do some parts.
It's widescreen, it changes according to which player you use to watch. Since we had to quickly send it via email, we kept it as it is, there are a few things towards the end that needed to be fixed, the final part with Jungsoo and the towel and the closing image were supposed to go slowly (the languages piling up real fast are supposed to be like that, instead, that segment was originally planned out to be very fast).. ^^ It's not perfect, but we hope you guys like it.
