This is double posting; they are two posts, one after the other, to say two different things. You get warned if it is obvious that you could have easily edited your first post and added in what you said in the second post. If it occurs accidentally (server error, timed out connection, internet problems), then you won't get warned for it.

You can post as many times as you want in a topic, as long as you don't do what I just explained above :) for example, if now I wanted to reply to the person who posted below you, I should NOT post a NEW reply. I should instead edit this one and write whatever I want to say to the other person.

If someone posts AFTER me, instead, and I want to reply to them, I can! ^^ because my post would not be right below the other.
