↘ WHAT TO POST: all official, self, and fan taken pictures, as well as screencaps and animated gifs or any other type of image (excluding graphics) of Super Junior (whole group), the Sub-units, or individual Members belong here.
↘ DO NOT POST: images in which the Super Junior's members' faces are blended in with the body of the opposite sex or animals, edited images in which Super Junior are rendered feminine in any way, sexually explicit images, yaoi.
↘ FREE POSTING: feel free to reproduce sj-market in this forum. If you find interesting topics with pictures there, you can post them here, whether they're old or new. Make sure you have permission to do so (check point #➌ of this topic), and always give proper credits.

➋ HOW TO TAG TOPIC TITLES
↘ FULL TITLE FORMAT: [DATE/TYPE] Short description
※ EXAMPLE [090207/OFFICIAL] Sukira Update
※ EXAMPLE [090224/SELF] Henry is in Canada
↘ DATE FORMAT: the date should appear as YYMMDD (if unsure, write the date of the day on which you posted, and state it in your topic. You can, for example, write: Date out of order)
※ EXAMPLE 090203, which stands for February 3, 2009
↘ The type of image could be:
※ TAG TO USE [OFFICIAL] all official images (SM Ent, radio, tv shows, etc.)
※ TAG TO USE [CAPS] screencaps
※ TAG TO USE [SELF] personal and self-taken images
※ TAG TO USE [FAN] fan-taken images
※ TAG TO USE [SCANS] magazine scans
※ TAG TO USE [GIF] animated gifs
※ TAG TO USE [AD] advertidement/endorsement images
※ TAG TO USE [MISC] anything else (including picspams)

➌ HOW TO CREDIT
↘ Crediting (IN) ㅡ credit the original translator or poster AND source; although posted on SJ-World, it does not mean the content of the topic is always ours.
↘ Crediting (OUT) ㅡ credit the forum as sj-world.net OR SJ-World.net ㅡ never just sj-world. Always include the username of the original poster as well. Example: (username) at sj-world.net
↘ Do not hotlink ㅡ re-upload yourself the material you're taking out of SJ-World.
↘ Permissions ㅡ make sure that the original translator or poster allows the information or media to be redistributed elsewhere. When you're taking material from a Korean website or sj-market, these are the words you might find if you are NOT allowed to redistribute the picture/video/audio/information: 불펌, 금지, (website name)안에서만. This usually applies to fan-taken media only, so please look for those words before proceeding to reupload and redistribute the material. Other examples: (website name)안에서만 즐겨주세요, (website name)안에서만 봐주세요, 퍼가시면 안됩니다, 퍼가지마세요, 불펌금지, etc. They all mean "don't take it out" / "only see it on (website name)".

If you posted it today you could do like the following:

[090309/SELF] Leeteuk Pre-debut


Then inside the post, make a note that you do not know they date the photos were taken.

i have a question about the radio pictures~
most of the time.. when they update the pictures on the official radio sites, they don't put the date of when the pictures were taken..
but when they upload it onto the site..
do i have to put the original date of when it was taken or is it okay to put up the date when it was uploaded?

i've looked around and i've seen that it doesn't seem to matter? but i just wanted to ask anyway. :P

Sometimes the date is provided, even if the file name is labeled under the upload date (on the SimSimTapa website, they have the date the pictures were taken on the page, just under the upload date). We would prefer if you had the original date, for indexing purposes, however, if you don't know the date, simply date the thread with that days date (example: if you posted today it would be [090411/OFFICIAL] Sukira update; or something similiar) and make a note at the beginning of the post for the mods to date out of order.

for Sukira and ChinChin.. they don't provide the date when the pictures were taken.. just the date when it was uploaded..
& most of the time, they jumble up the pictures with other days too.. so it's confusing. haha
some people know when it was taken, but i could never figure it out. lol
but it's not like it's weeks later or anything when they update.. so i guess it's okay to put up the date when they upload it then.

If you don't know the exact date the photos were taken, please follow the posting format found in the rules and tags information post and make a note in the entry letting us know that we need to backdate that particular post. Please do not guess the approximate date or use the upload date. We would like the index to be as official and complete as possible.

Apologies for the delayed response. At this time, macros are not allowed in EITHER section. Since there is often times crude humor involved with them, we would prefer to keep them out of the forums (it would coincide with the no bashing or disrespecting rule). yes, if the original poster requested not to re-upload. But make sure to add a notice not to re-upload the photos.

What can be posted and who can post in the "Archive" sub-box? I suppose it is a place for old pictures right? Is ordinary member allowed to post topics there?
And as for pictures of ages ago, like 080312, 081226, for example, they can still be posted in the main box, aren't they?

uhmm..i wanna reupload some picts from sj-market.com..
and i already checked for a notification if it could be taken out or not...
and i didn't find a notification that said no taking out :)

my question is the picts are caps from a tv show...
but i assumed it's from an old tv show...
coz of suju's hair style....
but the poster posted it in a recent time...
what should i do if i want to post it in here??
should i post it in 'archive' section or not??

^ Since you're not sure, you can post the thread in the main section using the date it was uploaded. Just add a note that it is unconfirmed. If anyone else can help with the correct date, then title should be edited and the thread will be moved to the Archives section. Hope that was clear ^^

my laptop is kinda old i think..
so whenever i went to a korean web, it just showed gibberish words...
when i looked for the picts that i wanna post yesterday, i use my dad's laptop which can read hangul..
but now i'm using my laptop...
may i just put the poster's name in romanization???

I was going through the Official Photo Index in this section ↘ Introducing Star's Friend (스타의 친구를 소개합니다 / Seutaui Chingureul Sogaehabnida) {MBC}. I noticed that there were 2 links of 2009.08.03 update. the first one links back to Zhou Mi's Selca dated 2009.08.01. the second one links back correctly to it's original topic. I've gone through pages 57-42 thrice to check and I've only seen one topic for 2009.08.03 official ISF update. I hope it's alright to point this one out :) and also I hope my explanation wasn't too confusing >.<

Either 090900 or 0909xx, but you can put 090927 for Premium Live in Japan screencaps ^^

because I really want to make a super junior's tribute video these days but I'm afraid I can't just use someone's pics all I want..
should I tell where do I get each picture? and do other websites (if it's not from sj-world) require that way too?
