NEW SJ-WORLD TEAM: LUMIERES
Hello everyone~
This will be just a short announcement to present to everyone the new Lumiere Team!
We are really sorry that it took us forever to find a new team name and open the actual applications, but now we are finally all set and proud to present our new team, which will be moderating the language thread of the "Compared to you I'm a genius" section! ^^
Some threads won't be assigned a Lumiere, as they move very slowly and can perfectly exist without getting thoroughly moderated; we mostly want to keep in check the ones that move very fast, or have a few new posts on a dayily basis at least. Also, some threads will have 3 or 4 Lumieres, while some others only 1 ㅡ this decision too is based on thread activity.
A few of our Lumieres are staff members already (however, although they are going to be promoted to Lumiere, they will also obviously fulfill their past duties); everyone else was picked after we went through the numerous applications we received! So, we would like to thank everyone who submitted an application, it didn't make our job any easier since picking was hard (lol), but it's always great to see that a lot of people want to help! ^^
The criteria on which we based our choices is as follows:
01. How many times you broke the rules, which, and when (we keep records even when your warning level wasn't altered).
02. Forum behaviour (active participation, maturity and helpful attitude)
03. Thread participation number of posts in the language thread you are applying for and the lenght of your posts in there .
04. Quality of your posts (thoughtful replies as opposed to one-liners, spam, games only).
05. Super Junior knowledge (many of you blatantly c&p-ed the answers to the Super Junior related questions, or answered incorrectly. Although you might think these questions are useless, trust me - they are absolutely necessary and important).
06. Time and dedication put into your application (long answers as opposed to one-liners or no info at all).
