E X P L A N A T I O N
of the Fan part of Henry's Birthday Project!

The Fan part of Henry's birthday project consists of writing a message to him to show him that hundreds of fans love and support him. Thankfully he's fluent in English, so we can finally allow messages again ^^ as we will not need to translate them!

Send your messages for the fan project in time for it to be received before October 10th.

Please follow the guidelines carefully to know what you can and CANNOT write in the message.

PLEASE read everything thoroughly before asking questions, or submitting your message!

IMPORTANT
If you don't understand something about the guidelines, because you don't know English well, or because it's not clear: ASK US HERE, we will gladly help you out! We prefer answering to a million questions than discard messages because you didn't follow the guidelines. If you want, you can also ask in your language thread in ☆ Compared to you, I'm a genius.

G U I D E L I N E S

Must be between 250~300 words OR less; if longer, the SJ-World Staff will edit it to make it shorter;
Even a simple "Happy birthday Henry! I love you! Fighting!" is good enough to submit, however it would be nice if you wrote something more thoughtful and personal to not make all messages sound the same;
You can write in English only ㅡ if your grammar isn't good, the SJ-World Staff will gladly fix it for you; ^^
If you split your messages into paragraphs, you can have a maximum of THREE paragraphs (too many paragraphs would take up too much space when printing);
Do NOT make any reference to a particular stance in the Super Junior fandom;
Do NOT bring up past issues (protests, ONLY13, fandom stances, chants, etc.);
Do NOT write anything offensive, disrespectful, obscene, or vulgar in any form (obviously);
Do NOT include any type of personal information such as your address, phone number, email address, facebook account, etc.;

S U B M I S S I O N S
How to write and submit your Message!

There are TWO ways to submit your message:
↘ If you have Microsoft Word or Wordpad, read point #001 in this post;
↘ If you do NOT have these programs, but you can ask a friend to help you submit your message, read point #001 in this post;
↘ If you can NOT really submit your message with one of these two programs, then read point #002 in this post; but, trust me, you would make our job much easier if you tried your best to submit your message in a .doc file ^-^


#001 ㅡ WITH Microsoft Word:
↘ Download this Microsoft Word file: DOMAIN // MIRROR (MU) // MIRROR (MF) ㅡ THESE THREE FILES ARE ALL THE SAME, I only provided more links in case you can't download it from my domain.
↘ Rename it by replacing the word "username" with your DISPLAY NAME (not the username you use to log in). If your username has special characters in it (like mine) which can't be used in a file name, write your username normally and add the word "(EDIT)" after it. For example, mine would be: LaMISSfairy(EDIT).doc
↘ Fill in your details in the standard signature you will find at the bottom of the file (REAL NAME, COUNTRY, USERNAME);
↘ Your message has to be written in font Arial, the height has to be 10 pt, which is the font and size of the message "Your message of 250-300 words here" that you can see in the file;
↘ You MUST leave TWO blank lines between the end of your message and the signature;
↘ You can NOT: make your font coloured / bold words / highlight words / change font / make the font bigger or smaller / change the colour of the signature / write in other languages aside from English / write more than 300 words;
↘ You can use italics and special characters, such as ♥ ★ ☆ ♡ ♪ ♫ etc.
↘ Email your file to sjworld.projects@gmail.com
↘ You can email it as an attachment OR upload it (preferably on megaupload, mediafire, or your own domain);
↘ The subject line of your email has to be your SJ-World username;


#002 ㅡ WITHOUT Microsoft Word:
↘ Write your message in an email to sjworld.projects@gmail.com
↘ The subject line of your email has to be your SJ-World username;
↘ Your message has to be written in font Arial, the height has to be 10 pt (you can see what it looks like in this image);
↘ Leave TWO blank lines at the end of your message and add the standard signature;
↘ The information to put in the standard signature has to look like this (REAL NAME, COUNTRY, USERNAME);
↘ If you can change the font and colour of the signature: the font is Times New Roman, the height is 12 pt, the colour is 053BD6 (check here); if you can't, we'll do it for you;
↘ You can NOT: make your font coloured / bold words / highlight words / change font / make the font bigger or smaller / change the colour of the signature / write in other languages aside from English / write more than 300 words;
