Welcome back!
First of all, please accept our apologies for having to keep the forum offline the past few days; it wasn't our fault, but we always feel sorry when we're unable to provide good service. Thankfully, now that we have a twitter account, and more people are aware of our temporary forum, we still managed to continue to keep you up-to-date with Super Junior news and media! ♥ Apparently, after we launched our supportive topic for Park Jaebum, SJ-World was subject to intense traffic; thus our hosting company decided to suspend our account as we were using more resources than we paid for. Alice, Ali and I considered the pros & cons of moving to another hosting, or getting a dedicated server. As SJ-World continues to grow bigger and bigger due to a variety of great reasons, we realized that a dedicated server was the only solution. So that's what we did! During the time the forum was unavailable, we had SJ-World move to a dedicated server; it's a bit experimental, and we will apply some changes in the future and perhaps even further upgrade. For example, there will be downtime at some point on Monday or Tuesday probably, it will only be for about 15 minutes, so don't worry if you can't access the forum anymore! It will be back up and running soon. :) We're still testing the server, and should there be a longer period of downtime, you can migrate back to our temporary forum. Also, if you come across forum errors, please PM one of the staff members! For the good news part~~~ we now have triple the amount of bandwidth we originally purchased. While until last month we had to buy between 50 and 80 extra GB of bandwidth, now we won't have to face that problem for quite some time, I believe. In Pills: ※ SJ-World moved to a dedicated server, and is now new and improved. We have more resources! ※ The temporary forum will have all sections open for about a week in order to give you enough time to post or edit your reply in the SUPPORT JAEBUM thread! Read the rules and notice at the top of the thread itself. ※ Please re-post anything you may have posted in the temporary forum last week on THIS forum. ※ Please always check the tables at the top of the forum (the ones right below the forum header), as well as twitter; these two places are the ones where announcements will be made or linked to. ※ You can see Shindong's birthday gifts from SJ-World here. IMPORTANT: please do realize that we're in desperate need of donations since we just spent A LOT of money for the dedicated server. We need donations for Shindong, Henry, and Donghae. ※ Donghae's fan part of the birthday project was launched, check it out here. It's nice to see SJ-World back up and running!
The whole bandwidth thing seem troublesome but it's kind of bittersweet right? Because at the same time, it means that the community is growing and everything is more and more exciting for fans of Super Junior. I really wish I had money to donate to the forum though. ;~; Once I get some this will definitely be my first spend, haha. Thanks for all the hardwork! ALLRISE

Thanks so much Gaia for the notice, and thank you to the entire SJ-World staff for all that you have done this past week, from making the transition to a dedicated server to keeping the SJ-World community updated & running on the temp forum.
Really appreciate all of the hard work and quick recovery. ^^ (And just in time for SJM's new MV release too, yippee! :D) Also, looking forward to the new mod announcements.
