It would have helped if you'd read the first post in the topic, which is very clear, especially the point about not registering new accounts.

The new account will be deleted, so please send us an email with as many details about your account as you remember, preferably from the email address you registered your account with, and we'll help you~

hii~ i did make a new account (my account was originally allmylove97) but then someone hacked it and i cant go on it... TT^T i emailed myself the password and such but it wouldnt allow me to go on..
so do i keep this account or somehow get my old account back? thanks & sorry for the inconvinience!!

as stated in the first post, there is no need to register a new account. Please send an email (staff@sj-world.net) with the details of your account (the first account, to be specific) ^^

uhm, Hey there! ..
I'm kinda new to sj-world and i'm still having a kind of a hard time figuring out how to use it. however, whenever I click on a link from your twitter account the link is not working and there's a message saying "[#103139] You do not have permission to view this forum. " even if I've already logged in to my account.
How can it be fixed?
Please help OTL

^ this typically means that you do not have access to view that post. You need to have more posts in order to view certain sections of the forum. Since you're at 3 posts you have a limited view on practically all of the posts. Try reading this post to figure out where your rank is, the more you post the higher more frequent member you become and your rank goes up. Keep in mind that spamming and one liners are not allowed in posts and posts in "Talk, Play, Love" do not count to raise your post count. Read these rules to familiarize yourself on what we consider spam, and not good posts. I hope this helps.
