E X P L A N A T I O N
of the Fan part of Han Geng's Birthday Project!

The Fan part of Geng's birthday project consists of writing a message to him to show him that hundreds of fans love and support him!

Messages will be written in English and translated into Chinese by staff members and volunteers, or you can write directly in Chinese (SIMPLIFIED) if you know the language;

Send your messages for the fan project in time for it to be received before FEBRUARY 1ST.

Please follow the guidelines carefully to know what you can and CANNOT write in the message.

PLEASE read everything thoroughly before asking questions, or submitting your message!

IMPORTANT
If you don't understand something about the guidelines, because you don't know English well, or because it's not clear: ASK US HERE, we will gladly help you out! We prefer answering to a million questions to discarding messages because you didn't follow the guidelines. If you want, you can also ask in your language thread in ☆ Compared to you, I'm a genius.

G U I D E L I N E S

Must be 100 words or less; due to the extra time it will take to translate into Chinese, we can't accept longer messages! If you can write in Chinese yourself, please keep it as short as a 100 word message in English would be in order to conform to every member whose message will be translated.
Even a simple "Happy birthday Han Geng! I love you! Fighting!" is good enough to submit, however it would be nice if you wrote something more thoughtful and personal to not make all messages sound the same;
You can write in English OR Chinese (SIMPLIFIED) only ㅡ if you're able to write your message directly in Chinese (SIMPLIFIED), please do;
Do NOT make any reference to a particular stance in the Super Junior fandom;
Do NOT bring up current or past issues (Geng's contract, protests, ONLY13, fandom stances, chants, etc.);
Do NOT write anything offensive, disrespectful, obscene, or vulgar in any form (obviously);
Do NOT include any type of personal information such as your address, phone number, email address, facebook account, etc.;

How to write and submit your Message!

There are TWO ways to submit your message:
↘ If you have Microsoft Word or Wordpad, read point #001 in this post;
↘ If you do NOT have these programs, but you can ask a friend to help you submit your message, read point #001 in this post;
↘ If you can NOT really submit your message with one of these two programs, then read point #002 in this post; but, trust me, you would make our job much easier if you tried your best to submit your message in a .doc file ^-^


#001 ㅡ WITH Microsoft Word:
↘ Download this Microsoft Word file: DOMAIN // MIRROR (MU) // MIRROR (MF) ㅡ THESE THREE FILES ARE ALL THE SAME, I only provided more links in case you can't download it from Gaia's domain.
↘ Rename the file by replacing the word "username" with your DISPLAY NAME (not the username you use to log in). If your username has special characters in it (like mine) which can't be used in a file name, write your username normally. For example, if someone's username were La'MISS:fairy, their file would be renamed to: LaMISSfairy.doc
↘ Fill in your details in the standard signature you will find at the bottom of the file (REAL NAME, COUNTRY, USERNAME);
↘ You MUST leave ONE blank line between the end of your message and the signature;
↘ You can NOT: make your font coloured / bold words / italic words / highlight words / change font / make the font bigger or smaller / change the colour of the signature / write in other languages aside from English or Chinese (SIMPLIFIED) / write more than 100 words. Remember that someone will be translating your message, so all formatting would be lost anyway.
↘ You can use special characters, such as ♥ ★ ☆ ♡ ♪ ♫ etc.
↘ Email your file to sjworld.projects@gmail.com
↘ You can email it as an attachment OR upload it (preferably on megaupload, mediafire, or your own domain);
↘ The subject line of your email has to be [HANGENG] your SJ-World username; for example, the subject line for my email would be: [HANGENG] mol~la~yo~♥

↘ Write your message in an email to sjworld.projects@gmail.com

↘ Leave ONE blank line at the end of your message and add the standard signature;
↘ The information to put in the standard signature has to look like this (REAL NAME, COUNTRY, USERNAME);
