I will say no because it's more organized if the both account separated. @sjworld is there to provide links and updates. It would be hard to find those links or updates among RTs and conversations. I like @sjworld to be neutral as it is now. I like it for being neat and clean. As for @sjwcafe, the only problem is just that a lot of sj-world members aren't aware of this account so they keep tweet their questions to @sjworld. I think if there's an announcement about it, or as sweet_pumkin said, putting both account on sj-world's splash page, everyone can see it and know about it.

For the interactions stuffs, I think @sjwcafe is the right place for it because, well, the name say it's a cafe. So besides answering questions, @sjwcafe also can be a place for everyone to have fun.

I think for the F.A.Q shouldn't be merged with information etc since it's easier for the staff..
and from now, many member know @sjwcafe and they'll start asking through that account
and for @sjworld maybe some times interaction is ok.. RT-ing is also fine
but maybe not too often ... well, the staff are wise, so I trust them

For me, it's already fine it is. I think it will be easier for members to backtrack tweets from @sjworld if the only tweets posted there are news, media, etc. I know we already use @sjworld for posting forum announcements but if it's not too much work, maybe we can also use it to announce changes per section (for example: new rules in BiM or PDz) I honestly want to maintain the neutrality of our main account because it's more organized that way ^^

Regarding @sjwcafe, maybe we can use that one for interactions and not just to answer question from members :D

I agree with her suggestion! I think using @sjwcafe is good for interacting with everyone else from the forum! That'd be really nice since no one really uses the shout box that much. And maybe this can make @sjwcafe more ALIVE, since questions are rarely asked there. (:

I really like how it is now. But I hope there can be more staff available to update/reply faster. I understand everyone is busy with school/work managing this forum, but I'm an impatient person (I'm still very reasonable though, don't get me wrong).

Also I would like @sjworld to be more interactive. Just having news about the boys and what's going on on the forum is enough. Translations would be awesome, but from what I understand there are some members of the forum feel that it could become a biased thing. Anyways, you guys work hard to maintain this forum and keep the peace so that may be out of the question.

I chose 'no', because I like the way it is now, organized and neutral. I think questions and news updates/translations should be kept separate because I won't really like to have to scroll through lots of answers to read up on SJ updates. I like how @sjworld is neutral :) As for @sjwcafe, like what some members said before, I think interactions should be done on that account as 'cafe' sounds like a nice and warm place for everyone to have fun :) Also, when I followed @sjwcafe, none of tweets actually appeared on my timeline, so it pretty much didn't help me understand the forum or SJ better, that's another reason why I think interactions should be done there^^

I voted no because I like having two twitter accounts :) It's more convenient and usually I go to @sjworld to see news and new topics and so on, if a lot of people ask @sjworld questions and @sjworld has to answer every of them, I think the list will be quite long, no? So, I like how it is now :)

I like to keep it separate.If we merged the two accounts it will make it difficult for us to look back or search for official news since it might be full of comments and stuff.@sjwcafe should purely be made for comments and Q&A stuff.

i honestly did not know @sjwcafe existed >o< but i think it's a good idea to have one account for updates only and one for questions/comments~ i think most people did not know @sjwcafe existed, which is why they directed their questions to @sjworld ^^; maybe add a "please tweet questions/comments to @sjwcafe" type thing on @sjworld's info or something? so people will see and know :) and i'm sure people know about it more now that this poll's been up :P

i say keep these accounts separate~! much more organized that way~ ^^ and i like seeing just updates about sj on @sjworld.. i wouldn't like having to skim through comments/answers/etc just to read updates >o<

I really thank you for this topic and considering all of our input :)
I voted to keep it as is right now. @sjworld updates quite often, so answering questions as well would cause a mess as well as make it confusing for staff as well. If many questions do get tweeted @sjworld maybe make a reference to @sjwcafe as a reminder?

As for the interaction, I would like that if @sjworld or @sjwcafe did it. It'd be a place where everyone could have fun, express and share. Make the twitter account come alive xD

As for me, I think it is better that sjworld and sjcafe are separated.
all for organize's sake. It's more organized that questions and answers are separated from the updates
so ELFs will encounter less problems and consume less time when searching for some answers/updates.

I voted no. Most of the time, I come back to my PC after a day outside and away from PC. And when I come back, I check @sjwold for updates. If @sjworld and @sjwcafe are to be merged then, wouldn't @sjworld be a little messy to check its profile page to update with the mentions?

The comment-like interactions can be inserted into @sjwcafe, it is a 'cafe' afterall, isn't it? hahaha. I don't mind getting a 'boys are sizzling hot tonight, don't you think so?' tweet. Haha.

But of course @sjworld should have some interaction, like what you guys did wishing everyone happy new year/ merry christmas and all, you can also add 'don't forget to stream this and that at what time, boys are appearing'. =) this way, it might help in giving info/reminders too.

So I say, let @sjworld and @sjwcafe be two different accounts and not merge them.

I actually didn't know there was a @sjwcafe before until today!

Anyways, I voted no because I check @sjworld for updates and etc. It's a lot easier and organzied but if @sjwcafe and @sjworld merge, it might get a bit unorganized and messy. It would also be a lot harder to look for updates because you're responding to the questions right to the updates would be in random spots on the timeline and not one after the other.

But purely for convenience and organizations sake, just keep them separate so it wouldn't be so confusing for followers and the people who run the account ^^

mmm actually i think it'd just be easier to inform people of sjwcafe
rather than merging the two because i find that
having two separate ones is much more organized since i dont find twitter organized in the first place

although i think sjworld's twitter shld have more interaction haha
since a lot of members spend a lot of time on twitter
and the boys love twitter anyways, it'd be nice to see more interaction
then maybe one day the boys will stumble upon it
and be reminded of sjworld and realize we're everywhere xDDDDD

Even though not much promotion on the other twitter.. I would prefer it to be separated as it will be easier as everyone will go to 1 account that specially for Q&A.

Becuase things are in order, just need to spread the word about @sjwcafe in the forum, sending mass PMs and stuff like that

and yes, I would like more interaction with the twitter accounts, but think it's appropiate tu use @sjwcafe for this purpose and keep @sjworld for translations, announcements and news :)

I think it would be best to keep it the way it is.
If it does stay the same, it would be best to get @sjwcafe more well known.

I think, it's better to have separate accounts. Why? Because the admins would be crazy if they would check every time the mentions if someone asks them, considering that @sjworld has over 20,000 followers. @sjwcafe is better to stay for questions and suggestion.

About interactions, it's better if @sjworld talk even a little to its members. Like posting facts and quotes of Super Junior like what other websites does. Better for the admins if you would consider schedules. Divide yourselves in each day of the week for who will talk using @sjworld.

I guess it is better to use one account only for the convenient of the members and followers. I still using and keep updating on @sjworld so I can know all the plans of the forum. Well for Q&A, I used my account here, for interactions, and to be able to communicate other ELF. But to become organized, and if the staffs and the admins find it harder to have one, we can also use @sjwcafe for suggestions and comments. That's it!

I think they should be separated like it is now. It's more organized that way. I agree with many people about the convenience we get when we want to track back things. Also, as vita민 mentioned, none of the tweets from @sjwcafe that answers people's questions appears on my timeline anyway, unless I go to the account to see if some answers are useful (yeah, I sometimes do that), so It'd be great to use it to interact with people and it'd be even better to tweet or retweet answers that would be useful or helpful to other that didn't ask questions, too! (I always want @sjwcafe to do this!)

To be honest, I even want a separate twitter account for Photo Dayz and Boys in Motion cos it'd be a lot easier to track back updates from that certain section. It'd also be easier to tweet an update from some topics as well (like innyface★ has said that updates to a certain topic may be unnoticed). Of course, you don't have to tweet everything from the sections :) Plus, @sjworld can re-tweet some important tweets from those two accounts like download links from the GDA etc. so that everyone won't miss things we shouldn't.

BUT that would be too much for the staffs to handle. It may be very messy in everyone's timeline, and it may also end up in the same way as @sjwcafe.

So, for now, I think it's better to keep those two accounts separated. All we have to do is making people understand and realise the use of @sjwcafe ^^

Well, I voted 'yes'. As I thought since it was said, that many simply don't remember or not knowing the existance of sjwcafe, it might help if it's combined together and hopefully, those questions that are replied could be posted as well like how the translations and all are posted.

I do think if SJW would post links that are connected to votings. There has been a lot of votings which were unknown by others. For example, I'm a Malaysian and there is a voting poll about the kpops which include SJ but since it's not widely known(as in, only Malaysians or maybe only Asians knowns but SJ also has fans at the western countries and all but they didn't know.. Therefore, they miss voting for SJ although it's just a vote*normally, the Asians make it a daily voting*), we simply didn't manage to have SJ as the winner. And, there are some of the voting's page is not in English and needs translation and some has the rules as well.For example,I can't read since it's chinese and how am I suppose to vote and how would I know if it's a daily voting or maybe we can refresh the page and vote once more. ( I personally do have experiences of this about the foreign language which I can't read.)

Because we want things to be easier for both of us (the staff and the members who reads posts, ask questions), I think it's better to keep them separated. I'm going to use dot points for my suggestions since it's easier to read :)

- Sjwcafe should heighten the activity, maybe promote it a little, or redirect the questioners to sjwcafe from sjworld.

- Interactions to tweeters, I think should be made with sjwcafe, since sjworld is only to posts about news and stuffs. But I believe RTs are not necessary unless for news? I'm not entirely sure about this, so correct me if I'm wrong.

- Maybe two staffs to each handle one of the accounts, I mean as the leader of the tweets to keep things organized? Since I read that some questions were left unanswered, I think it's better to have staff in charge of it and if discussions are necessary, staff can always discuss among them.

- And we don't want the twitter to be someone's personal twitter (like what AounabaraSuG_Oi said)

Two accounts:
~ organized
~ easy to read/navigate

sometimes when I'm out, I take note of topics from @sjworld that I want to return home to use the com to read etc. Its easier to navigate/track back to the posts. if it's merge with Q&A, it'd be a long list.
