〃SJ-World Staff Team〃

Creator and administrator of the forum, there shouldn't be a need to send her a PM unless she asked you to, or if it's really an issue that you think can't be discussed with a Global Mod.


The tech admin, short for technical administrator, takes care of all technical aspects of the forum (ex. functions added to the forum, the server the forum is hosted on, etc). If you have any technical difficulties regarding the forum, please PM the tech admin about it as she is here to help. The tech admin also has the attributes of an admin and a global moderator.


The global mods can help you in case you have a problem with the forum, with a member or anything else. Still, it's not a reason to spam their PM box with questions, most of your inquiries are probably answered in the FAQ, so check it before! They are also the ones in charge of moving and deleting posts, and warning members if rules are broken.


Moderators are classed by the categories they are moderating. Sometimes, one moderator is a mod in more than one category.
They are in charge of dealing with rulebreakers, but they also help keep their section active, etc.


No much need to explain what translators do ♥ They are the ones sharing their knowledge with us so we can be updated as soon as possible on Super Junior's latest news, cy entries, articles, etc. They translate from Korean, but also from Chinese (directly from Chinese articles or from Chinese fans who translate from a Korean source), Japanese and Thai ! Please do not PM them to have them translate for you, they are usually very busy already! ^^


Uploaders are the ones in charge of making the media section (video and pictures) alive. They upload pictures they find on Korean and Chinese site, and they upload for you the latest (and also old) shows, direct link, clubbox, youtube, etc. Of course this is something any member can do, but uploaders are here to make sure the media sections are updated ! ^^


The forum taskforce! RESET Team staff keep all sections regularly checked for broken rules, which helps to ensure the community is more enjoyable for all of you. ♥


Lumieres moderate ☆ Compared to you, I'm a genius, they check their respectively assigned threads for rule breakers and report them to the SJ-World staff.

Those are the names of certain staff usergroups with various permission levels; sometimes we need to give a range of people certain moderating powers in specific forums, so we can do that via pre-created groups. 슈퍼STAFF is all general staff, RESET-觅 is the RESET Team staff and CHIC觅 is for users who are helping us out temporarily for any reason. ^^
