I, personally, am fine it and I don't see anything in the rules saying otherwise. So my answer is yes you are allowed (of course, unless Gaia or Alice say otherwise).

Spamming is posting one-liners constantly. Example: just saying "thank you" or "nice job" or "I love Super Junior", etc.

I like all the Sj members..but my favorite is Heenim..i mean he is my number 1 among the members..what i want to know is....can i make a new post ..the title will be..."Is Heenim your favorite?" basically what i want to know is the number of Sj-world members who's favorite or number 1 favorite is Heenim. my sincere apology if i shouldn't be asking like this. Thank you very much. i would understand whatever your decision is.

Can i please ask why our posts have to be at least 2 FULL LINES long?? I got a warning that i MUST edit my previous posts so that they're 2 full lines long, otherwise...(*all these threats*)... But i've been checking some threads & there are LOADS of posts which are no way near 2 lines.
I have now read the rules here but it doesn't even state this rule. ??

Donghae's nickname is Fishy because his name translates to "East Sea" in Korean and he also likes fish (from Adonis Camp) lol
Teukie cries a lot during emotional times. Period. Haha.

I couldn't find the topic I started, I think it was deleted. It was about Han Geng's case of ending his exclusive contract. I know it's a sensetive subject. Those this mean we cannot talk about topics similar to this?

^ Go to your topic. Click 'edit post' then choose 'full edit' then you can change the topic title. I hope that helped.
